Step 1 – Stay safe

Pull over as far left as possible, turn on hazard lights, and (if safe) exit the vehicle from the passenger side away from traffic.

Step 2 – Call us immediately

Our 24/7 roadside support number is on your rental agreement and inside the glovebox. We’ll talk you through the issue and arrange help.

Step 3 – Do not attempt major repairs

Never authorise repairs yourself. We have approved garages across NZ. Reimbursement is only guaranteed if we pre‑authorise the work.

Common issues & quick fixes

1. Flat tyre – We’ll send mobile tyre service. Your rental includes a spare – instructions are in the boot.
2. Dead battery – Call us for a jump start. We’ll cover the cost.
3. Locked keys inside – We’ll arrange a locksmith (small call‑out fee may apply).
4. Ran out of fuel – We don’t recommend it, but if it happens, we’ll deliver fuel ($40 + cost of petrol).
